My boyfriend set this up. I usually do my own set up so based on him setting it up. Once it was time to place the top on the frame it did not line up to well with the middle . Had to push down with some pressure and it dinged a bit.It is a good furniture. It is heavy and well constructed. A bit difficult to assemble, good thing my husband knows how. The only thing that I didn't like is the color. I thought Brown Espresso looks exactly in the picture but it was not. It is more black than brown. I prefer brown furniture than black. I wish to return it but my husband already took it out from the box when I saw the real color. It is so heavy to return.I love this dresser! It's beautiful and sturdy. It's quite large though and comes delivered in two boxes. The assembly is a bit of a hassle because nothing comes pre-attached, so you are faced with the daunting task of putting together every piece. You will need a hammer and a screw driver, neither is included. The instructions do not have words, it is just drawings, so be sure to double check everything. I'm a small female and not very handy but I was able to put it together by myself, so anyone should be able to do it.1) color in product photo is nothing like the real thing. Much darker in person and doesn’t have the wood grain that is shown2) it is a little daunting to assemble but the built app makes it doable. Takes much longer than the 1.5 hours it says3) multiple pieces cracked and/or separate during assemblyCONCLUSION: for the price, I was not expecting superior quality but I at least expected it to make it through assembly. Very disappointed that I spent hours assembling something that ended up being a piece of junkpretty easy to assemble. after about a month, the faces started to come off the drawers (loss of a star in rating) but i gorilla glued them together and now the whole thing is great! faces falling off and bottoms dropping out is common for these types of dressersOkay, so to start, the invoices included with my dresser was less than what I paid for. I've contacted the seller in hopes of some sort of explanation, so we'll see how that goes. It's quite disconcerting to know that I may have been billed incorrectly, likely intentionally. On top of that, the dresser never came with instructions. Anywhere. Neither box had any sort of guide. When I went to the Tvilum website, the dresser wasn't even on their list. It took me awhile to realize that the Naia dresser on their website is the same type of dresser (Which can only be found out by comparing item numbers to the two webpages.) AND the item number wasn't anywhere on the box/ actual dresser. I had to scour amazon for that item number. I haven't even started putting it together and I've already got a headache. The actual product quality seems sturdy. and the instructions don't look too hard. I hope to hear from the actual seller about this inconvenience thoughAssembly is a bit challenging, however, the last part is most frustrating...placing the drawers on frame. Once drawers are screwed into track, it takes considerable effort to pull out - enough that pieces of the drawer separate. Extremely frustrating as I've had to glue back together parts that were ripped from the wood. After 4 hours of assembly, this drawer set doesn't even serve it's purpose - opening and closing...The dresser came very fast and was the correct product purchased. There were some minor chips in the wood that may have been from shipping, but overall what I was looking for.
