Firstly the exterior is solid wood, but the drawer insides (including sides and back) are not. They are well supported with hardware placed solid wood supports, but don't expect the world. The wood looks nice though it scratches fairly easily, be careful with your tools.More problematically the instructions are quite poor. There are lots of parts that can be reversed or done improperly and rarely are there any warnings or alerts. Also when building the drawers the instructions, at least my February 2018 versioned ones, tell one to use the wrong screws when screwing down the supports. Using the screws specified (12) will damage the wood of the drawer front and the drawer bottom. Instead use the 14 screws.The anti tip kit will likely not work for many people but that is sadly pretty typical.All in all it is a very nice finished product that requires some care assembling. If you can figure it all out you get a pretty nice dresser out of it, but this is not something to just wing and trust that they have made it mostly just work.
